INVESTING IN YOUR PROTECTION
Protecting student data is our top priority. We store photos securely, strictly manage access, and ensure data is only used for the intended purpose. We do not use biometrics, facial recognition, or artificial intelligence with children's images, and invest significantly every year in data security.
SOC 2 AUDIT IN PROGRESS
We are currently undergoing a SOC 2 audit, which provides independent third-party validation that our security controls are designed to protect sensitive student information and the systems that process it. This work strengthens our commitment to our schools by ensuring our platforms remain secure.

If a school engages our services for both yearbook production and school photography, we maintain exclusive control over all student data and images. At no point are these materials transferred or disclosed outside of our secure systems. This ensures the utmost confidentiality and integrity of student information at all times. Where the school has different providers, we securely share the data and images only with the school in alignment with their direction.
