Jostens offers a variety of payment pay in full and payment plan options. 


Cash, Check or Money Order

Contact your Jostens Representative for cash, check, or money order payment options, made in installments, or paid in full.


ONLINE BANKING

Pay directly from your checking/savings account with a hassle-free experience.  It's simple, private and safe.  No interest & no fees.  No long debit or credit card form to fill out.  Three easy steps:

  3. Get instant access to your funds; convenient in case of refund request.

Credit Card

In-School or online, Jostens accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Only one card may be used per transaction. Payments made with a credit, debit, or gift card will incur a $1.00 pre-authorization hold on your account. The authorization hold does not debit your account and is typically reversed within 24 hours.


JOSTENS 4 PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS

Easily and affordably spread the cost of your purchase over four payments with this credit card installment plan. Select a Jostens Payment Plan on your in-school order form or during online checkout. Your credit card will be charged in four monthly installments. Contact Us with any questions.

High School Jewelry Products

  • Jostens 4 Payment Plans are only available for orders $200 or greater (available options will be reflected in the cart).
  • Your High School Jewelry Order will be released to manufacturing once the first payment has been successfully processed. This may take up to 48 hours after your order has been submitted. For orders shipping to you, once manufacturing has been completed and your order has been paid in full, your jewelry item will be mailed to you. For orders being delivered by your Local Jostens Representative, please contact their office for an expected delivery date.

JOSTENS 12-PAYMENT PLAN TERMS 

Minimum required purchase price of $425 (except $501 for Ohio purchasers) including applicable sales tax and service charges. Only available on High School Class Jewelry Products.

Easily and affordably spread the cost of your eligible ring purchase (including applicable sales tax and service charges) over 12 payments with this layaway and installment plan.  Select the 12-Payment Plan option on your in-school order form or during online checkout.  Your designated eligible card will be charged as follows:

  • Eight Easy Layaway payments, beginning on the date your order is accepted by Jostens (the date the first layaway payment is successfully processed), and every 14 days thereafter.
  • Four Easy Installment payments, every 14 days after final layaway payment
  • NO interest
  • NO fees
  • No additional deposit required

Your Ring will be ready for delivery once your final payment is processed. Please contact your Local Representative for details related to your School’s Class Ring delivery process.

Jostens will begin building your custom ring shortly after your order is accepted.

Please note: Jostens 12-Payment Plan option is not available outside of the US or to residents of the District of Columbia at this time.

Cancelling or Changing Your Jostens 12-Payment Plan Ring Order

You may cancel your Jostens 12-Payment Plan ring order at any time before the 8th layaway payment, as described more fully below. To cancel, you must mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of a Notice of Cancellation that will be given to you with your order acceptance confirmation, to Jostens Service Center – PO Box 513 – Owatonna, MN 55060 or send an email, to Jostens Inc. at:,  momentsthatmatter@jostens.com. Please include your Jostens order number with your notice or email.

If you cancel your Jostens 12-Payment Plan ring order within 10 calendar days from its acceptance, we will refund your layaway payment(s) in full. 

If you cancel more than 10 calendar days from order acceptance and before the 8th Layaway payment, because we have begun to build your custom ring, we will retain layaway payments made, up to $100 as permitted by applicable law, as a cancellation fee, unless you choose to apply the layaway payments made to purchase other Jostens products.  For orders placed by Ohio purchasers: If you cancel as described in the preceding sentence, we will retain layaway payments made, up to the lesser of $100 or 50% of layaway payments made, unless you choose to apply the layaway payments made to purchase other Jostens products.

You may change your Jostens 12-Payment Plan ring order within 10 calendar days from its acceptance without a change fee. You may change your Jostens 12-Payment Plan ring order within 11-20 calendar days from order acceptance for a $25 change fee (and you will receive a new layaway and installment payment schedule/receipt reflecting the change).

Jostens may cancel your Jostens 12-Payment Plan ring order if we are unable to process or do not receive any layaway payment. If Jostens cancels within 10 calendar days from order acceptance, we will reverse any layaway payments charged in full.  If Jostens cancels more than 10 calendar days from order placement, we will reverse all layaway payments charged, less the cancellation fee described above, unless you choose to apply layaway payments made to purchase other Jostens products, as described above.

Early payoff of the Jostens 12-Payment Plan will not release the order for shipment before its original scheduled ship date.

Afterpay is a service that allows Jostens to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them over time. Customers using the pay-in-4 option pay for their purchase total in four interest-free installments over six weeks. And customers get additional time to pay for high value orders when they use the monthly payments option, an installment -based lending product. To learn more, visit www.afterpay.com.

Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay, and the order value must not exceed  $4,000. Afterpay account holder must be at least 18 years of age.

Are there extra fees when I use Afterpay?

Afterpay’s pay-in-4 option is always interest free. There are no fees associated with the account as long as installments are paid on time, according to the payment schedule (provided at the time of order confirmation). A late fee may be charged when an installment for an order is not paid within 10 days after the payment due date (unless otherwise noted on your payment schedule). Afterpay will only ever charge up to one late fee per installment and the total amount of late fees charged on an order will never exceed 25% of your initial order value (unless indicated otherwise on your payment confirmation email or during the checkout process). Although this 10 day grace period is provided before Afterpay charges a late fee, the Afterpay system reviews customer repayment history for future purchases, so Afterpay encourages payment of your installment as soon as possible.

Afterpay’s longer term monthly payments option may include interest. If your installment loan includes interest, you will be able to see the amount you will owe before completing the purchase. Interest is capped and there are no late fees, loan origination fees, or other fees.

CASH APP

Cash App Pay is a fast and simple payment method that lets you to pay for purchases either by selecting Cash App Pay at checkout or on orders.jostens.com.

How do I check out with Cash App Pay?
If you’re shopping from your desktop, select Cash App Pay as your payment method during checkout. Hold your phone camera or Cash App’s QR scanner over the QR code generated on your desktop to scan it. Then follow the prompts on your phone to complete the transaction.
Shopping from your phone instead? Select Cash App Pay as your payment method during checkout. You’ll be redirected to Cash App, where you can follow the prompts to complete the transaction.

Where do Cash App Pay funds come from?
Cash App Pay will first attempt to debit your stored balance. If the balance doesn’t cover the transaction total, 100% will be charged to your linked debit card. If you have not verified your identity on Cash App, Cash App Pay will always debit your linked debit card.

Can I use Cash App Pay if I am an international customer?
Cash App Pay is currently only available in the United States.

How do I request a Cash App Pay Refund?
If you’re seeking a refund for your Cash App payment, contact Jostens. Once Jostens refunds the transaction, it can take up to 10 business days for Cash App to receive the refund. As soon as Cash App receives the refund, the funds will automatically appear in your Cash App balance or linked debit card.

How do I contact Cash App customer support?
To speak to a Cash App Support representative, please contact support through your Cash App or cash.app/help.


Apple Pay

Apple Pay is an easy and secure way to pay on jostens.com. Simply tap Buy with Apple Pay and complete your purchase without the need to add to a cart or fill out a form.


PayPal

PayPal Credit and PayPal Pay Later
Buy now, pay over time with PayPal Credit or PayPal's Pay Later offers.

PayPal Checkout
Skip the online forms and complete your checkout in just a few taps by using the PayPal checkout. PayPal allows you to use your favorite payment option on almost any device.

As PayPal is a third party payment processor, Jostens does not have access to their systems to view payment plan information including status, remaining balance, or why a payment may have been declined.

Upon submission of your order, you will receive an email from PayPal advising that an order has been submitted using your PayPal account. This is NOT a Jostens Order Confirmation and does not confirm that your order has been successfully submitted to Jostens. You will receive an email directly from Jostens with an Order Confirmation number and order details upon successful receipt of your order by Jostens.
