Changes and Cancellations

Your Graduation Announcements, Certificates of Appreciation and Return Address Labels are custom printed with your personal information. Changes or cancellations are not accepted after your order has been submitted.

Damaged or Defective Products

If any of the products have arrived damaged or defective, please contact your local Jostens Representative to assist you in getting your products replaced.
