Manufacturing & Delivery

Typically jewelry production is 6-8 weeks for online orders. Customized options you have selected may cause the manufacturing time to vary. Delivery may vary based on programs chosen by your school. Standard rate shipping is $9.99.

Changes & Cancellations

If you placed your order through your Jostens Representative refer to your original order form for assistance. If you don't know who to contact, locate your Jostens Representative.

If you placed your order online or by phone, please contact Customer Service at 1.800.854.7464 (US) or 1.800.563.7603 (Canada) for further assistance.

Cancelling your order

You may cancel this order within 3 business days from its placement without charge; thereafter cancellations will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

You may change this order within 7 business days from its placement for no additional charge and within 8 to 14 business days for a $25 charge.

No changes are allowed after 14 business days from placement of this order.
